    I really like home depot , My last visit was to order a new replacement window . I had damaged my storm window when trying to clean it. Its very large and flipped over my head when I tried to take it out for cleaning. Not only did I mess up the frame but put a nice ding in the hood of my car trunk. The man that waited on me was very helpful and helped me order a new replacement storm window. I am hopeful to buy new windows for my home in about 18 months. I will be sure to go back to the fellow that waited on me Thank you

    I don’t seem to be able to do the survey. My Home depot person was Mash in the Idaho Falls store. He helped me so much. I had visited two different times and was unable to get what I needed from a lady in the tile department. She was very rude. But Mash came alone and helped me with four different products that I was looking for. He was a life saver.

    I wish there was a Home Depot around Elizabeth City NC. It seems I have to travel 39 miles to get to one closest to me but the trip is always worth it. You guys and girls have everything I want or wish for. On top of everything else you have a very friendly stall. All I can say is you go beyond Customer Service for me.

    Years ago when I visited a hardware store the store owner/sale person were one and the same.
    This person knew where every item was, down to the last nail.
    When Home Depot opened the playing field changed to many employees serving customers. The Home Depots that exist are so large each person has got to know his or her position in the store to serve the customers. The persons who supervise have got to have the knowledge and background (education) to serve the purpose that will make the store stand out of all competition.
    I have for many years used the following stores in West Roxbury and Norwood in the Boston Areas. I have found that the Norwood (could be Walpole) seems to hold on to there employees longer. Why! this could be a mixture of several things. (Pay, Location, etc.)
    Today, December 8th, I visited the Norwood Home Depot. I asked several questions that the floor persons were able to answer to my satisfaction.
    One of these sales person was called Bonnie, I asked her several questions concerning, locations, Veterans discount etc. This person was outstanding in meeting my needs in all areas. It was like talking to the hardware sales/owner all over again.

    Pops in Elyria millwork dept. is fantastic. He repaired and rekeyed a lock cylinder that was purchased at the Avon store. It took about 20 minutes to undo improperly placed springs before he could rekey it. He knows his locks. Thanks.

    I was pleased with the help I received from your employee Mr. Bob Clough. I had an order of kitchen cabinets and some were damaged in shipping. He was very efficient in getting my order all set in a timely manner.     the store had everything I needed. But the checkout (this was the cons10truction checkout line) was terrible one checker waiting ten or more customer.     Went to homedepot today asking about grout for bathroom floor 1st spoke to Tom Dept 24 got me the color I needed & sent me to flooring to order/Anna Faber spent time trying it find item when she couldn’t find Reyn Appell helped & they found what I needed right in the store. Thank u for your knowledgeable and helpful people. I have to say this store is closest to my home & in the past stopped going there because they didn’t carry items your Waukesha store does & the people weren’t knowledgeable but I guess that’s changed. I purchased my Anderson doors at the Waukesha store 2006 because this store in BayView doesn’t so I just kept on driving out there. Sooooo thx again for your help!
