Please educate staff at Grays branch to clean the tills before serving and alongside as the need arises, Also educate them of hand hygiene as they deal with food stuffs, they should have disinfectant spray, wipes and tissues handy at the tills and use them when the need arises.

I shopped at Aldi at Westcroft this morning. I bought 2 fresh chickens – 1 large and 1 medium.
When I got home, one of the chickens was leaking into my carrier bag even though I have had newspaper put in between the chicken and other stoppings. The two luxury cookies £0.99 each) were ruined. Other vegetables I can wash but not the cookies and cheese (£1.75). The chicken should have been put into another bag like Morrision for all their meat.
I am very disappointed with the man at the till who served me. He didn’t seemed to care.
I cannot put the receipt not on the boxes provided above, so here it is:- 755/109/004/16 dared 25/04/2017 at 10.50

  • We shopped at the Aldi store in Exhibation way exeter on friday at 15-54 til receipt no was 780/045/001/37 07 04 1917 we usually shop at Alphington store .So dissapointedwith staff first off there were about 4 scruffy grapetruits in shelf but a new box was on trolley in aisle right beside the shelf. I asked a young man who was tending to the fruit aisle when the new box would be put because I wanted 8 in total he said not until tomorrow. so we carried on shopping my Husband went back to look and the new lot were on shelf ? secondly I picked up my butter priced at 99p per pack got to the till it came up as 1 pound and 8 pence per pack I said the price is wrong the young man. who told me about grapefruits He said he’s got to change price as what comes up on till is right- not price displayed I spoke to manager Tracey? wouldn’t give me the young mans name said how unhelpful he was she said price displayed was wrong so would have to pay the price that came up on till How many times have people got ripped off ?may only be a few pence this time. but it is the princable of it. will stick to our usual store in future. The manager was not nice at all. we are so dissapointed because we love the value and produce you provide.

I am also delighted that Debbie (Deputy Manager) has transferred to Stretford. She has an amazing rapport with the customers and is always positive and cheerful. It is also a delight to be served by Anna at the till.

I shopped at your HILTON store on Sunday 22/01/17 and paid by Barclaycard £23.23
The receipt number is not clear on the paper but I was charged twice for the same item 58496 smoked haddock but only credited once. According to my online Barclaycard the total £23.23 has been charged twice and again only credited once. I specifically asked the cashier if she was sure she hadn’t charged incorrectly and she was adamant that it was correct. If she had concentrated on what she was supposed to be doing instead of being in such a hurry this mistake probably wouldn’t have occurred. The payment card ends in 9005. There is an “EFT” number 10121260695 this might help you trace the transaction. Whilst writing may I suggest that if someone (like me) is trying to pack carriers a little help would be much appreciated and would aid flow for the next customer. You must know that whilst you generally offer very good value your paying system is considered by most to be something of a letdown as there is no help and people feel “rushed” and it is generally acknowledged that this your “weakest link” !!

We went shopping last night at the Aldi store in the Bramley Leeds 13 area of Leeds and we were so VERY disappointed all the shelves were more or less empty! I heard a few people asking if the store was closing down it was so bad! There were lots of people complaining and saying they would have to go elsewhere to get their shopping as we had to do also. I seem to remember a similar situation this time last year too. What is happening? It is so poor.
I felt so sorry for the poor shop assistants as everyone was complaining and being annoyed with them and obviously it wasn’t their fault.
On the bottom of our till receipt it says “tell us how we did today” I would say your performance was pathetic. The staff are brilliant.
    Hope things improve.

I bought an air hose reel part No.67314 from Aldi’s Leeds Seacroft store. the box was already opened and the quick connect couplings for the hose were missing. Customer Services web site ‘contact us’ located two more reels at leeds Holbeck store – their boxes also had been opened and the couplings were missing (no doubt stolen?).
Heidi the Holbeck store manager phoned around and found two more reels available in Barnsley and asked for them to be delivered to Leeds. Heidi took my phone number and called me two days later to say that they has arrived and the missing couplings were ready to collect. Heidi’s store was over busy with the Christmas rush but Heidi still made time for me when time was hardly available… so Heidi gets the medal for best customer friendly Store Manager. All very pleasing to know that.

We have on occasions visited Aldi Old Colwyn and Aldi Bangor, but our favourite is Llandudno. The staff are so helpful and will deal with all your requests and requirements promptly and efficiently and we are even on first names with many of them. The quality of food is first class and every day items are far cheaper than elsewhere.

I have to say, initially, that although I have been to Aldi many times, I have never had need to be dissatisfied with either the goods or service until yesterday! And, I have to say that your newly reopened store in Botley, West Oxford, was very, very crowded… Two things happened, First I was charged 89p for beetroot I saw was actually 45p according to your red price tag…I went to the ass.manager…He checked my words, but his arithmetic isn`t good and I was still 20p short…Didn`t stop because my partner, who is having cancer treatment, was in a hurry to leave…Next! I got here…took the goods from my bag and found that the low fat yoghurt I had bought was in a container which had split…yoghurt covered my goods…I wonder how you will react to this knowledge? especially as I am a primary school teacher and see many parents…From me, M,Wynne-Smith No of my bill is 0444 775/077/077/51. Having said akk this I will almost certainly return to Aldi.

    Code 774/006/003/11
23/10/16 I have shopped at this store since it opened. I am a OAP and disabled, usually the staff are warm and helpful. However today I was told to turn my trolly around and as I was in a lot of pain, I said I’ve only got a couple of things, so just hand them to me. She said ‘you have got to turn the trolly around. I said I am a disabled person and my hands are painful, just hand them to me. She said ‘ That’s not my fault. I said ‘I didn’t say it was your fault and she still said you have got to, then almost threw the goods at me. I handed her the money and she did not say thank you, she just about threw the change into my hands. This is unacceptable behaviour, she was very rude. I mentioned it to another staff member, one I recognised and she apologised for the girls bad manners, but as I said, she should not have to apologise, the girl on the till should. Another thing I would like to say, is that there is talk of this store closing, when the new store opens in Wallsend Centre. I hope this store does not close as it is a different catchment area. Plus there are a lot of new houses being built just up the road, so even more custom for this Aldi store. Thank you.

I have just returned from a visit to Aldi on the A5 and feel I must give you my opinion of your automated system in the store.
Twice while standing in the queue for till 6 it was announced that it was closing followed by a message that it was opening. The whole system is a shambles and in my opinion should be taken out until it operates correctly as it makes the staff look foolish and incompetent.

I should say that this is not my first time I have felt that this ‘improvement’ is not fit for purpose but it is the first time I have felt so incensed about inform you of my thoughts.

I have mentioned it to the staff at the store but as happened today they feel powerless to do anything about it. I do have some sympathy with them as they have to listen to this!!

I am slightly confused (dont worry as I am easily confused!) but I have just finished the longer version of your survey but dont know whether my response has been logged on your system.

Can someone please let me know as I am very keen to give feedback on my experience of shopping in ALDI Ramelton Road Letterkenny earlier today.

  • What have you done to your Layered Yogurts? They used to be fabulous, I used to buy two trays at a time, have served them with fruit and merangues at dinner parties. Put lots of people onto buying them.
Now you have ruined them! They are nothing like the originals and none of your others are a patch on them.
WHY? Why change something for the worse? Did any one do a taste test? PLEASE BRING THE ORINALS BACK.I am having to go to Morrisons for Rachels but they are not as nice.

Could not fill in survey as I had thrown away my receipt, but would like you to know that I do the majority of my shopping at Aldi in Alnwick, Northumberland and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. Today I was served by Clare, who was her usual friendly self – always a very pleasant, courteous young lady.

As a regular Aldi customer I am very disappointed with the quality of the resent quality of the 28 day aged fillet steak I have just tried to consume. It was without doubt the worst steak I have had and at over £5.00 extremely poor value for money. I have purchased your rib eye and fillet before and been very happy with the quality but my latest purchase from your Ashton u Lyne store was a great disappointment

I have noticed that Aldi are now selling more and more branded goods in store which are considerably cheaper than the other large supermarkets in Penrith. I wanted some cooking oil and had missed seeing it in the store. Despite the store been busy a sales assistant with a large load directed me to the area where this product was located which is good. It is frustrating when you cannot find products but now I know whereabouts this product is now. Sunflower oil is not something you buy every week just once every couple of months. Hopefully I will be able to find the product next time I need to buy one!

  • I just want to say a big thank to katia who works at the Catford aldi store I lost £25 in store and she kindly handed it in I was so greatful couldn’t believe it when I picked my money up today star worker…..!

please can Aldi start selling Gluten free bread and the crumpets again. Us coeliac customers are really suffering by having to pay 3x more in the other major supermarkets. ,Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, Morrison’s and Asda’s. All charge extortionate prices compared to when Aldi have these products on sale.

More gluten free products please and definitely more gluten free bread.
