At store 030162, the customer service at counter was ok. The manager on duty was a different store. Some couple before us ordered, then we ordered at 2:28. About 7 minutes later his 3 friends came in. They wouldn’t let the cashier wait on them. So the manager asked what they wanted. He went to the back fixed their food in about 5 minutes. It was totally disrespectful to go fix theirs first and the other customers and us had to wait still. We got our food at 2:43. The only person truly working hard getting orders out was the beautiful lady making the orders. And with a smile she apologized for the wait. LOL

Very very dissatisfied with taco bell at 4100 s college ave in ft collins co. We ordered 2 steak gorditas minus sour add pico we got home and there was no steak we returned with the food and the employee working said he confirmed the order with us when it was placed we stated to him why would we order steak gorditas with no steak? He started using profanity at us when we asked that question a argument then started and the manager tyler stood there and did nothing the employee grabbed the food from our hands and said your not getting shit from us we requested either the food or our money back we were told to fuck off and call the 1800 number. As a former G.M. of Taco Bell this would never be tolerated it is totally pathetic to Rob soneone from something they have paid for and yes it is theft!! Pull your cameras and watch your employee steal from us
